There has been a lot of talk about vitamin D in the last several years. It is clear that we don’t make enough of it and we don’t eat enough of it to keep us going. The only really valuable one is cod liver oil, topping the charts at 1360IU of vitamin D per serving. I don’t know about you, but cod liver oil is gross, and I bet the cod donating their livers are not very happy about being at the top of this list!
