Resnik Dermatology will NOT provide or sell your information to anyone. All information you provide us is transmitted using a secure server.

How to Order:
Just visit our Product Center, where you will find a complete selection of Physician Only non-prescription skin care products, personal care and beauty items. When you see an item you want to purchase, simply enter the quantity and click "ADD". Remember to click "PLACE ORDER" before you leave the Product Center to complete your ordering process! You can order by credit card through our secure server, or by phone, fax or email as an offline order. You will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information, and review your order on this page.

Shipping and Handling:
Resnik Dermatology ships via UPS (exceptions listed below).
Shipping Rates are $8.00 for all orders in the USA, orders over $150 ship free.
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours - Customers will be notified via email within 1 business day if a product is out of stock. See below for details on out of stock items. All PO Boxes and Military (APO/FPO) addresses ship by PRIORITY MAIL ONLY.

International Orders:
Shipping charges will be added after the order is placed and shipping costs have been calculated. You will be notified by e-mail of the total prior to shipping your order.

Back-orders:
Some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email. Please note: Most backordered items arrive within 2-4 business days.

Tax:
No sale tax charged on any orders. For Florida State residents tax is included.

Returns:
Resnik Dermatology wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to severe irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-house credit only. No refund or exchange will be given if you order a product that is too strong for your skin type. i.e.: A product that is stronger than the entry level item from each group. To initiate your return, you must contact us at returns@resderm.com or call us at 305-935 3902 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A Resnik Dermatology customer care associate will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and instructions for return. For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.

Returned Checks:
There will be a $30.00 returned check charge added to the face amount of any check returned to Resnik Dermatology, plus any legal fees incurred.

Pricing - The prices listed on this website are FOB Miami, FL, payable in U.S. dollars. Due to market fluctuation, prices may change without notice.


Charge Cards - We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. When ordering by phone, please have your card handy when calling. We will require information from the front and back of the card for security purposes. If authorization cannot be obtained for your charge card at the time of shipment, you will need to make arrangements for an alternate form of payment within one week of notification.
